i seem to be getting headaches on thurdays...i would think i would get them on tuesdays when im at school for 9 hours, with no real break to eat a meal....but no instead i get them on thursdays when im only at school for 6 hours....maybe im just too excited cuz i know the weekend is coming up....and what a weekend!! full of studying yay fun!!

this weekend is joe's 18th birthday....i cant believe hes already 18! and hes choosing uci for school!! im sooo excited for him! but i know alot of people were telling him to go to cal poly for engineering....i guess he said he couldnt see himself there...so he wanted to go to uci...=) i hope he likes it there gosh am i feeling old!! kim just graduated last yr and now joe is starting college??!

so i started getting scared when i was studying for my environmental health principles class....they were talking about child birth risks...and then i got to the part where it was saying that women up to age 30, have an 89% chance of giving birth to a healthy baby, and every yr after that the percentage lowers like 3.5% per yr ...dang thats soo soon!! and i feel like im no where near that point in my life....i mean i always figured that we still had so much time left, but 30?? thats 3 yrs away! and i guess i should be having my first child by 31?? and esp if i wanted to have 2 kids...and i have friends that are starting their families right now too, so i feel late but yet i feel so young and that i have soooo much time!! and i figured women these days are having babies later and later, and especially with all the technology these days....there are ways to help with those scary risk percentages...i just know ill be soo paranoid about keeping the baby healthy, when i am ready to start a family...

so it was hard to try to study last week, cuz len was visiting....it was our anniversary weekend~ on friday we stayed at home reading for the afternoon....i was studying and he was reading davinci code...then i wanted to take him to paradise cove in malibu, and also see the sunset...it was soo pretty and there was hardly anyone on the beach...we went to paradise cove and it was sooo crowded! i got a reservation online and we were early so i figured we had to wait anyways cuz our reservation wasnt until 8:15 and he said the wait was only 30 mins....so we waited and when 30 min passed i asked how much longer and the guy said 30 mins again....on then i started to get mad...i was like 'even if u have a reservation?'(cuz it was already 8:15) and all he could say was 'ya we're really backed up'....so i waited til he left and when i saw the lady that i thought was one of the owners...i asked her how long the wait was if u had a reservation and she went and found us a booth...dude that other guy?? what the heck...does he not get the concept of a reservation??....anyways we ate dinner and the fish i had was pretty good..len was sick so he couldnt really taste what he was eating....and i saw the cute guy kim and i saw before.....later before we left i asked for one of the postcards and he went to get one, but the owner lady found some and so, the cute guy goes "thanks mom!" so now we know hes part of the owner-family...gotta tell kim=) and on the way home, we sang and listened to the wicked soundtrack

on saturday it was a day full of studying, and then on sunday we went to church and went to huntington library after....it was almost closing but we were able to walk around for more than an hour....its so pretty over there! i love the japanese tea garden! then we got lunch/dinner at il fornaio....we wanted to go to cheesecake but the line looked so long! we were walking towards gordon biersch and saw il fornaio...since weve already eaten at gordon...we decided to try il fornaio...it was good there...the dishes we got were great! but i thought the selection was going to be alot more for some reason.... then that night, more studying ! it was alot easier to study cuz len had something to read too...it motivated me to study cuz he was motivated to finish the book....cuz if he was just lounging i probably wouldnt have gotten any studying done cuz i would have been too lazy hehe
