so i decided to write another post, cuz the website was giving me issues about starting a new paragraph...i dont know what i press to make it do that but all of a sudden the enter key doesnt work

anyways i hope i made the right choice...i have sooo many events coming up towards the end of the year and i need an income already! i love my intern, but i really need to start getting paid!!! im getting so impatient....ya i know everyone is telling me to enjoy this time i have off, cuz i wont be having a vacation for a while... but why dont they just give me a date, so i know when im going to start already!! i swear...they are taking so long.....as least i knew that oc wanted me....and if i took that job, id be on my second week working already

so since i last wrote, an event that passed was going to san diego comic con! it was fun, although we had to endure 2.5 days of being in close contact with all these sweaty people....musty smell....i was already smelling it thurs night, i couldnt even imagine how it was going to be during the day!! on thursday night, we got our passes/badges, ate at a cool australian place called, bondi, with amazing architecture....i was surprised that when i went to a bathroom and washed my hands, i saw a guy smiling at me, and i didnt know the sinks were back to back and u could see the guys/girls through the slits between the mirrors....i was so confused and had to double take to see if i was in the right bathroom!!, then we watched superman.doomsday

~then on friday, len and i woke up early to catch a mass for my lolo's death anniversary...marjorie told me about a church called immaculata, at usd.....oh my gosh it was sooo beautiful!!! and old architecture style..and the whole campus was full of oldstyle architecture, with arches, columns....wow! then we went to comic-con, and stood in line a lot! we got to meet olivia munn, kevin pereira, blair butler, katie segal, rosario dawson, mark dacoscos...and of course i wanted to take advantage of all the free stuff but sure enough everytime i went by the booths, they would tell me to come back cuz they will give them away later....and i kept doing that to no avail! then that night we went to dinner with marjorie and ray at sushi deli, then dessert at extraordinary desserts! yummy! sushi selection was yummy and different than most sushi places, and extraordinary desserts is a cool place, but the one len and i chose was tooooo sweet, even for me!! for the first time ever, len finished more of the dessert than i did....but it was a fun night; good company with friends, good food, and good laughs! after marjorie and ray dropped us off at the car, we met len's friends at basic pizza...which is a restaurant/bar with no dress code, no cover that serves thin crust pizza and has bumpin music! that place was cool!again finishing the night with good friends, and in len and his friends' cases: beer.
~then on saturday we had to get up early to watch the "pushing daisies" pilot and panel, with kristin chenoweth! i swear no matter how early i think we are getting to comic-con, theres thousands of people there earlier....so we got to meet kristin chenoweth and the other stars n producers of pushing daisies...and looks like a very cool show! then we spent most of the day in panels: "balls of fury"; "the strangers" with scott speedman (yay felicity!!) and liv tyler (she is so pretty and shy!); "narnia"; "wall e"; "hulk" with liv tyler and edward norton (cute smile!); and "ironman" with terrance howard, gwyneth paltrow, robert downey, jr, stan lee, and jon favreau (monica's ufc bf in "friends") hehe i was so star struck...i mean we were sitting far, so i could see them but mainly watched the monitors to see what was going on...note to self: it is better to go around the booths in the exhibit area an hour before it closes, cuz thats when all the booths are giving away everything!!! in that hour i got soooo much stuff, compared to past two days when i didn't get anything!

then we went back home on sunday....its funny that we were so excited to eat at all these restaurants we were researching before this weekend, but since we were soooo tired all the time from the day, we'd just eat at the first thing we saw....it was fun! and hope we get to go next yr again!
