ehehhe wooow its been a while again! its been a really hot summer so far...cant wait til its fall already...well since the last time i wrote...it was my bday....my coworkers are soo sweet, the whole dept came up to sing happy bday with ice cream cake! they got me a chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream with my pic on it! its my first picture cake! i was wondering why one time at bj's they took a solo pic of me..i thought they were going to do something embarrassing with it, but they put it on the cake!! how sweet of them! and then that night went to dinner with my parents and came home to flowers, stuffed animal and balloons from len....whata sweetie....also the next day coworkers and i went to bj's for lunch and then the following day i went to yamato's with mommy inkay and more coworkers cuz it was someone's last day as well......then len came down for the weekend and we spent the sat (after work) at monica and kuya av's place...celebrating cory's and my bday....it was cool....korinne, monica and i were learning how to make our myspace's pretty ehhehe...it seriously looked like a computer lab cuz there were like 3 laptops going on and plus a desktop too....then just spent the rest of the weekend hanging out with len... we were probably shopping like we normally do....actually we were looking for father's day gifts.....
then for father's day we went out to red lobster and that was yummy!! the next weekend was the bbq at tita willie's house for christine's going away...that was cool hanging out with all the co-workers...everyone was drinking, playing poker or singing karaoke.....then we went to dragon fly for 80's nite....the spazzmatics are cool!!!1 and we saw ryan cabrera there...he looks exactly like he does on tv!! hehheehi havent been to dragon fly in so long! they made it a lot bigger and nicer....i wanna go back again to see them....but! just recently i switched to mon -fri 9-6...so i wouldnt really be able to go cuz its on sunday nites!
im soo happy that i switched schedules cuz now i can go to events on saturday and maybe be able to see len more often...but i miss working with the nite crew.......although it just seems more stressful during the days...prob because about 5 people left from my dept...so with trying to learn new assays to pick up the slack of all those people we also have to train new people! this whole week ive been having to put in ot.....i hope they dont get mad at me cuz were not allowed to work ot...but they havent said anything yet....but hey they shouldnt be complaining theyre putting all this work on all of us in addition to training new people..its crazy..and they havent even replaced all those 5 people yet...also i went up north for july 4th weekend...we stayed at union city saturday nite and then on sunday we had lunch with the wilkerson's and the pasetes' and we went to marine world...we got there late and the last feedings for the dolphins was at five, len got in line but the person in front of him got the last tickets! that sucks!! but we got to see the dolphin and killer whale show...i havent seen a 'shamu' since i was like five!! we sat in the front for both shows and we got soaked!!!it was fun! then on 4th of july we kicked it at la and ko's house and then went to the waterfront in vallejo to watch fireworks...we also saw some fireworks at marine world tooo.....and it was the first time len and i saw fireworks together...so it was soooo cold up there esp when we were at the waterfront that i got even more sick! so im still trying to recover from that....then on tuesday we went to do errands and i had my blondie's pizza fix for my trip....i havent been up there in sooo long...prob the next time i go up there is in oct and nov....the weekend after we went to tito danny's house to celebrate the july bdays from work...that was cool too but i was really sick the day before with a fever so i was still trying to recover....but it was fun hanging out with everyone !
we also went out this weekend for aileen's bday....it was nice not working on a sat, i got to run all these errands.....we went to dinner/drink at barney's beanery but i dont think that anyone ate tho....just straight to drinking....but the drinks are so strong there!! the hurricane i had was nasty!!! luckily my other co-worker drank half of it!=)....then we ended up going to anh's place to drink but i didnt really feel like drinking so i just watched everyone else drink and laughed with them too......
this weekend is my dad's bday....all my mom's side is going to vegas cuz my uncle's are having a show in vegas at the convention center and also its all their bdays too....wish they can all party with us or we could move the party to vegas...but im sure this weekend will be full of festivities both in la and vegas=)
i wanna go on vacation!! i want to go to new york next yr but i dont know if my parents will lemme go....but if i go back to school next yr i want to go on vacation before i start....we'll see...im jealous len and his familia are going to hawaii for christmas..its freakin expensive tho! but im sure theyll have fun and then hes flying straight to la from hawaii for new yrs...dang this yr's going by fast!!!
